New Opera Bar Launch Party



























In a pouring rain many came to celebrate the refurbishment of Matt Moran’s Opera Bar. Sydney’s Opera Bar has had a design and food revamp. Along with drinks, food offerings include a bar serving the famous Sydney rock oysters and shellfish. There is also a charcuterie bar with serrano ham and wagyu bresaola supplied by Anthony Puharich of Victor Churchill butchery fame.
